I am running for re-election to the Shaker Heights Board of Education.

With over 25 years of experience in public education, I began my career as a 4th grade teacher in Washington, D.C., and went on to serve as Head of Talent for Teach For America and Chief Talent Officer for Cleveland Metropolitan School District. I am currently serving as President of the Shaker Heights Board of Education.

In addition to my leadership roles, I have spent years consulting with school districts and education organizations across the country, helping them build strong teams and create the kind of workplace culture that allows staff to thrive, because when adults are supported, kids succeed.

I believe deeply in equity and excellence: that every child deserves access to opportunity, and that all children can rise when we set a high bar and support them to reach it.

My husband, Avi, and I moved to Shaker 14 years ago because we believed in the promise of what this community could offer all children. We are the proud parents of two Shaker Heights graduates.
